The following 6 criteria are essential

There is a lot of confusion surrounding our field. I want to give you 6 criteria or elements you absolutely, positively must have in any solution you obtain:

One: If you're new to the coaching world, then you'll have to be careful about all the people who are selling you their "brand" of consulting. Even in writing this to you now, I get a sense that you can't possibly understand the true shift that occurs when you resist "diving into problem-solving" with your hold the space for your client to explore, discover and move to new perspectives as they examine the "real" issues that have created their dilemmas.
